Download our Due Diligence Form. Provide us with the information about the new entity, ultimate beneficiary owners, shareholders, directors, shareholders and corporate secretary.
Email us the Due Diligence form with all the required information and the required documents.

If these 2 pages are separate, it will be 2 signature required for passport.) and the proof of address (A proof of address is a document to proof where you reside. It can be your utility bill, bank statement, income tax statement or your lease agreement.) of the ultimate beneficiary owners, shareholders, directors and corporate secretary. In the email, you may indicate to us 3 names of the new entity and any additional services (Nominee shareholders, nominee directors and etc) you require.
Make Payment
Go to www.offshorecorpserve.com and make payment. Remember, whatever you see on our page is whatever you need to pay and no hidden cost. We don't believe in showing you a cheaper price and charge you a higher price. Certainly, the price on our page will exclude the notarization fee of the documents shipping fee and any tax charged by your home country (if any).
We have a unique service for all our customers to enable them to notarize their documents just by sending us the soft copy of the required documents. This is not available through most of our competitors which will cut down the time required to incorporate an entity. Simply go to our notarization page and make the payment. We charge US$15 per documents. For those who are incorporating an entity or opening a bank account from us, we charge US$10 per document, minimum 2 documents. Example:
If you have 1 shareholder, 1 director and 1 corporate secretary which are a different person, we required all 3 persons' documents to be notarized. Each person has 2 documents (Passport and Proof of Address) to notarize, total 6 documents.
If the same person is the shareholder, director, and corporate secretary, we only require the same person's documents.In this case, we only need to notarize 2 documents.
