
In many instances, when you are required to someone to assist you to notarize your documents, we are here to help.
All you need to do is to send us your softcopy documents and we will do the rest of the work for you.
The minimum signature to notarize is 2 signatures. We will email a soft copy to you after we notarized the documents and we will send the original notarized documents to the relevant banks or authority to incorporate a company.

For customer who solely needs this service and is not our client who incorporated an entity or opened a bank account for us, the fee is US$15 per signature.
For our clients who incorporated an entity through us or who is in the process of incorporating an entity through us, the fee is US$10 per signature. Please email us your request before you proceed with the payment, we will issue you a discount voucher.
