Should a client fails to pay often the annual fee by the due date, the offshore entity loses its good standing. This client can't obtain the Certificate of Good Standing. With 6 months following the due date, non-renewed companies are struck off the Register of Companies. Non-renewed entities may not carry out any business thereafter.
